Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Do you charge a percentage of the sale?

No. KeyList is flat-fee for sellers. Seller Basic is $199 one-time. Seller Pro is $999 paid at close. There is no listing percentage and no transaction fee taken from your proceeds.

What happens when a buyer agent wants their commission?

You set the buyer-side commission you want to offer in the listing. KeyList does not interfere with that decision. Most KeyList sellers offer 2 to 2.5%, which is the standard buyer-agent compensation in most markets.

Is KeyList available in my state?

KeyList is licensed and operational in all 50 states. Specific MLS access and brokerage partnerships vary by metro, which is why our intake flow asks for your address first. We will tell you what is available in your market in real time.

Can I switch from Basic to Pro mid-listing?

Yes. Upgrade any time before accepting an offer. Your $199 paid for Basic is credited toward the $999 Pro fee.

How does the agent application work?

Submit your license, brokerage affiliation, and three transactions from the last 24 months. We verify within 2–3 business days, then onboard you with territory configuration and lead delivery preferences.

What does Enterprise cost?

Enterprise is priced by seats and transaction volume. Typical brokerages with 30 to 200 agents are in the $40K to $180K annual range, including admin console, custom routing, multi-market expansion, SSO, and a dedicated CSM. Contact sales for a quote.
